Sharkware collects only information reasonably necessary for orders, licensing, support and compatibility updates. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Sharkware. Order/contact details and support correspondence may be retained where reasonably required to provide the purchased product and support.

Trigger availability notifications

If you request a reopening notification, we store your email and consent to send one email when Trigger orders reopen. This does not subscribe you to general marketing. We use Supabase to store the request and Resend to deliver the notification. We also store a hashed network identifier briefly to limit automated abuse. To cancel before reopening, contact support@sharkwarehub.com; the notification includes an unsubscribe link.
