Do I need to buy Trigger?

No. Hub works with the touchscreen. Control’s on-screen controls also work without Trigger. Choose Trigger for physical buttons, display feedback and hardware-linked lighting. Check current availability below.

What’s the difference between Transfer and Transfer+?

Shark Transfer installs and updates licensed Sharkware software and is included with Hub and Control. Transfer+ is a separate AUD $34.99 tool for installing compatible Android apps you select yourself.

Will it work with my Shark?

Software is offered for supported Premium and Performance head units. Trigger hardware is supported on Premium only. Check the current compatibility information before purchase. Future BYD updates may affect or restrict functionality.

Is Sharkware an official BYD product?

No. Sharkware is independent third-party software and is not affiliated with BYD. Read the terms and licence, including compatibility and warranty information, before purchasing.
